- Green heating: we heat our sustainable hotel in South Tyrol with wood pellets, helping to protect our precious natural resources.
- Regional foods: our kitchen is stocked primarily with fresh, local ingredients, which not only reduces transport distances but also supports local agriculture.
- Love for herbs: taste the difference with fresh herbs from our very own garden – freshly picked and straight into the pot.
- South Tyrolean dairy delights: enjoy dairy products from the best dairies in South Tyrol, especially from the dairy farm in Vipiteno. This is genuine, pure enjoyment – a taste of our homeland on your plate.
- A world of wine: our wine list features a fine selection of South Tyrolean wines – the perfect companion for a relaxed evening.
- All homemade: ready-made products? Not a chance! Our kitchen team crafts as much as possible from scratch – fresh, creative, and simply delicious.
- Fresh spring water: our “Wellwasser” water treatment system offers fresh spring water straight from the mountain.
- Plastic-free enjoyment: we say “No” to plastic and single-use items! At breakfast, there are no small plastic packages, and soaps and lotions are provided in refillable pump dispensers. Bathing slippers? Are available only on request – we encourage you to bring your own.
- Easy recycling: waste is properly sorted at our hotel, making it easy to recycle.
- Solar power for everyone: about 50% of our electricity is self-generated through photovoltaic panels – and yes, you can charge your electric cars at our charging stations.
- Public transport for green explorers: with the ActiveCard, you can use public transport across South Tyrol for free – perfect for exploring the region car-free.
- Well connected: the train station at Campo di Trens and a bus stop are just 1 km (about a 12-minute walk) away, with a village bus stopping only 20 metres from the hotel entrance (Mon.–Fri. mornings).
- Skiing without the stress: in winter, our free ski shuttle takes you straight to the slopes – making winter sports twice as enjoyable!
